The Haul

The Haul

Here is all my purchases. I can get busy spinning now. The Noro yarn is a colorway I have been searching for. I found one ball at my LYS a month ago but could not find anymore. I was so excited to find it. I think it wants to be a shawl or some sort of cover up for my shoulders.

Now, I have heard of these but never seen them in person. How interesting. There was a woman who learned to spin on the spot.
All she had to do was focus on the drafting of the fiber. How cool is that?

I have never seen sock blanks with designs dyed into them before.
These are sheets of yarn that are woven by machines. You purchase the white blanks and dye them yourself and then unravel them. You knit them into socks as you unravel them.
