I just finished these two dumpling bags. They are knit from a pattern in the Fall 2008 Interweave Knits magazine. Just scroll down to see the original pattern.
I made the white and blue winter one of 100% wool so I could felt it down.
The pink one is made from super wash wool .It is not meant not to be felted. I made mine a bit longer so I could put more things inside of them. I like bags to be a bit bigger.
I really like the way the handle made with rings. If you slide the rings apart you can close up the bag. I listen to Sharon Dreifuss (the pattern designer) on her weekly podcast called She-knits.
