Applesauce Anyone?

I made applesauce last weekend for Jeremiah. He loves homeade applesauce. I made it in the crockpot each day. I canned it in the evenings. I used apples and my favorite cinnamon from the pampered chef. It is thick and chunky with very little sugar.
I am making more this weekend as we have already used 3 jars. I picked up some fresh apples at the popcorn festival.
